UDOM’S RE-ELECTION WAS DEFY FOR GOD- After After

After After who had earlier in November, 2018 remarked the manner and ways through which Senator Godswill Akpabio would be overtaken, has maintained that Governor Udom Emmanuel’s victory was a direct challenge to God Himself.
He revealed that, among the three reasons for which God answers our prayers, God has involved Himself in the Udom’s guber because it was a fight for God to prove himself. According to him,
“Godswill Akpabio did not only impose himself on the Akwa-ibomites but also lords himself over them. No man had spoken in the manner Akpabio had spoken and had their lives in them.  King Herod developed live maggots because he spoke like God; Mohamed and many others did and never lived above their time.”
He further said that Godswill Challenged God with the following statements:
1.        “I cannot kill my gateman, but when my gateman misbehaves I can fire   him. My gateman has misbehaved, I shall fire him”
2.        “If Udom Emmanuel wins the next election they should cut my head and           burry it in Uyo.”
3.        “Where was God when I made you the governor”.

Akpabio is always at the forefront of Akwa-Ibom’s politics both in DPD and the later party, APC. Udom should know about this; to succeed, Udom had to run to men of God who declared him Governor before the election. “Powers belong to God” was Udom’s ceaseless slogan, and finally God fought for him.

Interview with Eyis, an Akwa-Ibom corps member of Benin origin, shows that Udom’s victory was actually God’s. According to him, “The people at my polling unit voted both willingly and reluctantly for PDP. There was a girl who protested for a change of a ballot paper after, according to her, ‘I thumb printed umbrella unintentionally’. This shows that God Himself was behind Udom’s victory.

                  INTRODUCTION In the history of syntax, prepositions alongside other parts of speech are considered as one of the esteemed contributions of the sophists (the itinerant teachers) to the development of the human language. Etymologically, the term “preposition” belonged to the group of word class Aristotle, the founder, referred to as “syndesmoi”. Others in this group are conjunction , article and pronoun . They were thus grouped by Aristotle because they were found to be performing related functions that are summed up in binding terms and exposing the gaps amidst sentences when they are not included.
