Fear of Leaked Broadcast: Buhari's Manuscript was Misplaced

The president of Nigeria has been caught between obligatory incompetency of media management and personnel attendants. This has compelled him from performing his political duty as the people's president in the face of Covid-19 pandemic.
Information reaching us from Aso villa revealed certain misgivings about the president's proposed speech. According to him, the president's media team was apprehensive when the manuscript of the president's speech on Covid-19 suddenly disappeared.
It was concluded to have been misplaced. So, to prevent the embarrassment of the previous speech which got mischievously leaked, the president had to resort to speaking to the governors.
On Twitter, president Buhari remarked as follow:

Recall that, during the previous presidential speech, intelligent Nigerians had had the ready-made Buhari's speech ahead of the date. The carelessness of NTA medium also contributed; for since they did not take heed to editing their screen information, the exact date of the recorded speech became more ostensible.
Femi Adesina also admitted to this on a video call interview where he remarked precisely that the presidential speech was pre-recorded, but unfortunately it leaked.
This time, rather than admit this simple omissive condition which held the president presumably unable to embark on his intended broadcast, the Special Adviser to the President on Media and Publicity, Femi Adesina, has  insistently refuted the view that the president had proposed any speech.
In a twit, this morning, Femi Adeshino said this,
"No presidential broadcast on COVID-19 updates today. None was planned. Rather, the Presidential Task Force will during its usual media briefings bring the nation up to speed on the next steps."
It is clear to every prim observer that Adesina intentionally wished to contain the unprofessional condition of the media team headed by him.
