Gov. Calls For Audit Following Election Results Certification

Georgia’s governor certified the state’s election results, but he does not endorse them.

During a press conference Friday, Gov. Brian Kemp (R-Ga.) announced the state had finished their count and brought the results to his desk to certify, which he did.

However, he did not endorse those results and instead called for another full hand recount. Gov. Kemp said the initial recount produced evidence of significant errors in the election process in at least three counties.

He went on to say this can not be allowed to happen or Americans will lose faith in the system.

“We cannot have lost memory cards or stacks of uncounted ballots,” the Georgia governor stated. “We must have full transparency in all monitoring and counting. Every legal vote must be counted and the security of the ballot box must be protected.”

Because the vote is within a half-percent, the Trump campaign will have until Tuesday to request a recount that would be paid for by the state.

                  INTRODUCTION In the history of syntax, prepositions alongside other parts of speech are considered as one of the esteemed contributions of the sophists (the itinerant teachers) to the development of the human language.
