Graham: Biden’s Calls For Unity Rings Hollow

Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-S.C.) urged Joe Biden to keep his campaign promise to reach across the aisle. In a press briefing Friday, Graham expressed frustration with the Biden administration for not stepping in on the issue of coronavirus relief.

Meanwhile, both Republicans and Democrats remain at a standstill on several details of Biden’s nearly $2 trillion relief package. Graham said Biden’s Inauguration Day message fell on deaf ears as Democrats were reluctant to give Republicans any ground.

“Instead of trying to bring us together, he’s on the phone making sure a couple of Democrats will not work with the Republicans,” Graham stated. “And that’s so sad. Before Joe Biden got to be president, we worked together pretty damn well and now we’re at a standstill because a couple of Democrats are willing to work with us to change a bill they wrote last night.”

In the meantime, Sen. Rob Portman (R-Ohio) proposed a counter-proposal, which may have the support of a key Democrat swing-vote, West Virginia Sen. Joe Manchin (D-W.Va.).

                  INTRODUCTION In the history of syntax, prepositions alongside other parts of speech are considered as one of the esteemed contributions of the sophists (the itinerant teachers) to the development of the human language. Etymologically, the term “preposition” belonged to the group of word class Aristotle, the founder, referred to as “syndesmoi”. Others in this group are conjunction , article and pronoun . They were thus grouped by Aristotle because they were found to be performing related functions that are summed up in binding terms and exposing the gaps amidst sentences when they are not included. As many of her House Democratic colleagues decided to back the impeachment of President Donald Trump, Democratic Hawaii Rep. Tulsi Gabbard on Tuesday said she doesn't support the move because it would be "terribly divisive" for an "already very divided" United States. "Look, my position remains the same. The special court martial hearing for Lt. Col.
