The details about the indictment remain under seal. Multiple sources have confirmed to Fox News that the indictment could be unsealed as early as tomorrow. The FBI  and Department of Justice are declining to comment on the matter, and it is unclear who Adams has retained as his personal attorney. Routh was seen at the Florida court hearing wearing a blue prison jumpsuit, with shackled hands and feet. Routh is the accused gunman  who camped out close to Trump’s Florida golf club for 12 hours, waiting for the former president to be in his line of sight, while armed with a rifle.   According to the Daily Post source, Justice Binta Nyako of the Federal High Cour t  in Abuja has recused herself from the trial of the leader of the proscribed Indigenous People of Biafra, IPOB, Nnamdi Kanu in the terrorism charges brought against him by the federal government. DAILY POST reports that the Judge on Tuesday opted out of the trial following the outburst of Kanu that he had no confidence and trust in the judge. In the middle of Tuesday’s proceedings, Kanu had jumped up from the dock and ordered his lawyer, Aloy Ejimako to sit down for him to address the court. In the uproar that ensued, Kanu took over the proceedings, announced that he no longer had confidence in Justice Binta Nyako and demanded that she rescued himself immediately. Although the federal government lawyer, Adegboyega Awomolo, SAN, objected to Kanu’s request, the Judge insisted on recusing herself.
