The task force was created to disrupt cyber criminal groups along with the technology responsible for the attacks. Among their initiatives, the State Department offered up to $10 million for information on suspected cyber criminals. The rally came after three venues cancelled their America First rallies in Southern California due to public safety concerns earlier in the day.
