A horrific new video shows the moment a violent thug in a New York City subway station kicked a woman down the stairs and attacked her with a hammer. The woman is in critical condition with a fractured skull. In the footage, the 57-year-old woman is slowly walking down the stairs when a hooded man follows behind her. The man kicks her twice from behind, but she clutches the railing and remains upright.
