"For God's sake, this man cannot remain in power," Biden told a crowd in Warsaw after condemning Putin's month-long war in Ukraine as an assault on global freedom and security. The federal government has approved a deal for the sale of 45th President Donald Trump’s D.C. Hotel. His hotel is being sold to the Miami investment fund ground CGI Merchant Group — it includes former MLB player Alex Rodriguez. The sale is expected to be for $375 million — more than the $200 million that was spent to renovate the place.
