Nigeria Collapse: Access Bank Charges 10% Per N1000

Following the Nigerian New Naira design sagar, Nigerian comercial banks now charge costumers N100 per every N1000 withdrawn from the benk, while POS operators collect 20% for every N1000 withdrawn.

The experience in Access Bank today 6th February, 2023 baffled me to the highest. A costumer went to the Access Bank in Abak local government area of Akwa-Ibom state.

On his sighdrawaw slip was N10,000 which he filled, signed and passed to the fellow behind the counter. After about 45-50 minutes, the money finally arrived. 

Unfortunately, the customer counted the money and fond that he was paid N9,000 instead of his proposed N10,000. He immediately made straight for the counter and  complained. Surprise, he was told that the missing 10% was his bank charges.

                  INTRODUCTION In the history of syntax, prepositions alongside other parts of speech are considered as one of the esteemed contributions of the sophists (the itinerant teachers) to the development of the human language. Etymologically, the term “preposition” belonged to the group of word class Aristotle, the founder, referred to as “syndesmoi”. Others in this group are conjunction , article and pronoun . They were thus grouped by Aristotle because they were found to be performing related functions that are summed up in binding terms and exposing the gaps amidst sentences when they are not included.
