War in the Democrats: AOC Readily Against her own Party Decision

Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez,  D-N.Y., is taking aim at a fellow Democrat’s opposition to scrapping the Senate’s legislative filibuster, which  the GOP  is using to stymie  President Joe Biden  and congressional  Democrats  from passing much of their agenda. Ocasio-Cortez, the two-term congresswoman from New York City and the best known of the group of diverse and progressive House lawmakers known as "The Squad," teed off Sunday against  Sen. Kyrsten Sinema  of Arizona, who along with fellow moderate Democratic  Sen. Joe Manchin  of West Virginia are opposed to the push by lawmakers from the left of their party the scrap the filibuster. Ocasio-Cortez, in an interview on NBC News’ "Meet the Press," fired back at Sinema, who wrote last week in an  opinion piece  in the Washington Post that if the filibuster was nixed, there would be "repeated radical reversals in federal policy, cementing uncertainty, deepening divisions and further eroding Americans’ confidence

Gimenez scolded Biden, saying “keep your wokeness out of our language.” This comes as Biden claimed Latinx Americans are afraid of getting vaccinated due to a fear of deportation. Never mind the racist undertones in implying all Latinos are undocumented, using the term “Latinx” is the stupidest thing I’ve ever heard. It’s insulting to our culture to try and restructure an entire language to fit your politics. Keep your wokeness out of our language.  pic.twitter.com/xw0edPMp0A — Congressman Carlos A. This comes after he shared  information about a woman being arrested  for multiple counts of election fraud in a 2018 local election. Monica Mendez was convicted on seven counts of illegal voting, eight counts of unlawfully assisting a voter, eight counts of unlawful possession of ballots and eight counts of election fraud. In response to the case, Texas Gov. At the recent Save America rally in Ohio, Max Miller laid out why he thinks his current representative is ineffective in pushing back against the Democrats. Ohio has been considered the most prominent bellwether state in the nation. Voting with the winner of the presidential election since 1960, the state went for President Trump in 2020 by over eight points. This shift towards the Trump GOP in the Rust Belt state is playing out on the national stage. However, that doesn’t mean a fight isn’t occurring in the state. I

Trump: Biden Admin. 'Complete, Total Catastrophe; I Told You'

Image
President Donald Trump kicked off his 2022 campaign rally circuit Saturday night, rebuking the " complete and total catastrophe" of the Biden administration. "Joe Biden is destroying our nation right before our very own eyes," Trump told a Wellington, Ohio, campaign rally broadcast on  Newsmax , the first of its kind since he left office in January. "After just five months the Biden administration is already a complete and total catastrophe. I told you. Crime is surging. Murders are soaring. Police departments are being gutted. Illegal aliens are overrunning their borders. Nobody's ever seen anything like it. "Our poor borders. They was so perfect. They were so good. Drug cartels and human traffickers are back in business like they've never been before. They're doing numbers that they've never even thought possible. Just a few short months ago, drugs were way down, human trafficking was way down. It was all way down." Trump was appeari

Alan Dershowitz: Giuliani was Denied Due Process, the Suspension will not Stand

The suspension of  Rudy Giuliani's law license likely will not hold up because it was done without due process, according to Harvard Law professor emeritus Alan Dershowitz told  Newsmax  on Saturday, adding there would be "no lawyers left" if attorneys were disbarred as little. "Plea bargain associations always involve puffing of your side, always involve exaggerations," Dershowitz told " Saturday Report ." Giuliani's license to practice law in New York was suspended after a state appeals court claimed this past week he lied in arguing the 2020 presidential election was stolen from his client, former President Donald Trump. The court claimed Giuliani had made several false statements about voting in Georgia, Arizona, and Pennsylvania, highlighting a court hearing in Pennsylvania where the former New York City mayor alleged there was widespread voter fraud but had not mentioned it in his former written complaint. "I taught legal ethics for 35 y

Cuccinelli: Biden Border Strategy AiKenmed at Future Dem Votes

Ken Cuccinelli, former acting deputy secretary of homeland security, voiced his concern on  Newsmax  that the influx of migrants over the southern border is "not unintentional," but part of a strategy in the Democratic Party to gain future votes. Appearing Friday on " The Chris Salcedo Show ," Cuccinelli said the Biden administration "literally stripped out every program that we have put in place to stem the flow of illegal aliens ... They want these illegals coming. You and I see a crisis. President Trump sees a crisis. But they see a voter registration line." According to statistics dating back to October 2018,  U.S. Customs and Border Protection  saw a record high number of encounters along the southwestern border in May at 180,034 encounters — 14,158 of which involved unaccompanied children. Cuccinelli claimed that the proposed  For the People Act , which was rejected Tuesday, ''would have ordered states to register" illegal immigrants to
