White House Official, Pelosi Aide Test Positive for COVID-19

(Denis Poroy/AP)     A White House official and a staff member for House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, D-Calif., have tested positive for COVID-19 after attending the same reception last week, Axios reported Tuesday. Both individuals are vaccinated and mildly symptomatic,  Axios  said. They both attended a rooftop reception on Wednesday night. "We know that there will be breakthrough cases, but as this instance shows, cases in vaccinated individuals are typically mild," a White House official told Axios. "The White House is prepared for breakthrough cases with regular testing. This is another reminder of the efficacy of the COVID-19 vaccines against severe illness or hospitalization. "When all these Republicans and RINOs (Republican In Name Only) suddenly start pretending like they cared about election integrity, it's always the next election," she said. "Well, what the base is focused on, what the average American is focused on, regardless of your party if you were paying attention during the election, what you were focused on, is we can never allow this to happen again. A New Mexico state senator was denied Holy Communion's at his Roman Catholics church after voting in support of a pro-abortion bill. Bandits Shot down Nigerian Military Fighter Jet in Zamfara

An Alpha Jet belonging to the Nigerian Air Force has crashed during an anti-banditry operation in Zamfara State. The jet crashed on Sunday around 12.45pm while returning from an air interdiction mission between the boundaries of Zamfara and Kaduna states. The NAF said on Monday that the jet “came under intense enemy fire which led to its crash in Zamfara State.” The NAF Spokesman, Edward Gabkwet, said, “Luckily, the gallant pilot of the aircraft, Flight Lieutenant Abayomi Dairo, successfully ejected from the aircraft. According to reports on Saturday, the county claimed the Senate’s auditors have not been certified to conduct an audit. This would mean the county would have to decertify any machines touched by the Senate. According to Fann however, there was no process for certifying auditors. This comes after the cybersecurity firm, Cyber Ninjas, requested more information from Maricopa County to complete the audit. The items requested included envelope and router images, splunk logs and hard drives with information regarding the 2020 election.
