Nnamdi Kanu: Igbo Leaders are not Organized - Obasanjo

One beautiful remark one of my lecturers made repeatedly was that "You do not expect your facilitator to say everything in the university education."That apparently is what the past president, Olusegun Obasanjo has just demonstrated with his direct involvement with Igboho's Issue.

When Nelson Mandela was in the prison, Obasanjo, after Chinua Achebe, was the Nigerian who wrote actively to effect changes in the then dehumanizing apartheid discrimination and turture in South Africa. This shows that he apparently had identified with people melancholy.

His visitation/tour to Bene Republic could not have been completed without an unceremonious confabulation with respect to Sunday Igboho's detention in the country. With this he challenged all those who parade themselves as notable Igbo leaders and governors who could only be heard but not seen whenever pressing issues concerning the Igno nation is brought to mind. For the very first time they tried to be organized, I was for the purpose of gathering information for Buhari so that Mazi Nnamdi Kanu and his followers would be hunted and killed. They claimed that Mazi Nnamdi Kanu had insulted them; But they should remember the Igno adage which says that, "when the king fails to play his kingly roles his subordinates will address him with basket on their head." Nnamdi Kanu had not and did not insult anyone. He only tried to talk them to responsibilities.

With this single action and those of the Yoruba Kings, they have unequivocally challenged the Igbo political leaders and Kings over their lackadaisical attitude towards Mazi Nnamdi Kanu. Of course, Igbo equally insulted Yoruba leaders whose myopia wouldn't let them see the the reality of Fulani incursion of the Yoruba nation.

But, if that is what the toothless Igbo leaders have for their irresponsible repudiation of their own racial figure with global reputation as non other activist in the global history, then I wish to tell them to be prepared for extermination soon.

                  INTRODUCTION In the history of syntax, prepositions alongside other parts of speech are considered as one of the esteemed contributions of the sophists (the itinerant teachers) to the development of the human language. Etymologically, the term “preposition” belonged to the group of word class Aristotle, the founder, referred to as “syndesmoi”. Others in this group are conjunction , article and pronoun . They were thus grouped by Aristotle because they were found to be performing related functions that are summed up in binding terms and exposing the gaps amidst sentences when they are not included. As a plural term, “syndesmoi” is a collective noun that stands for the group while, conjunction , the part of speech that binds together the discourse and finds gaps in its interpretation was called “syndesmos” (see Robins, 1968).
