"The Dehumanization of Ndigbo Must Stop," - Abaribe

The one and most viable voice for the Ignore race in the Nigerian Senate, Sen. Enyinnaya Abaribe, has availed the opportunity of the Senate meeting to state categorically that the dehumanization of the Igbo race by the Nigerian army and Nigerian state must stop.

Speaking on the issues raised by Senator Nwa Ebonyi on the army maltreatment of the Igbos everywhere in Nigeria, especially in Igboland, Abaribe remarked that the Igbo are given the treatment no other tribe in Nigeria has ever experienced.

Abaribe highlighted the dominant circumstance at various army checking points in Igboland where passengers are forced out of buses and made to trek pass the checking points with their hands in the air.

He added other animal-related treatments mated against the IGBO race in Nigeria.

                  INTRODUCTION In the history of syntax, prepositions alongside other parts of speech are considered as one of the esteemed contributions of the sophists (the itinerant teachers) to the development of the human language. Etymologically, the term “preposition” belonged to the group of word class Aristotle, the founder, referred to as “syndesmoi”. Others in this group are conjunction , article and pronoun . They were thus grouped by Aristotle because they were found to be performing related functions that are summed up in binding terms and exposing the gaps amidst sentences when they are not included. As a plural term, “syndesmoi” is a collective noun that stands for the group while, conjunction , the part of speech that binds together the discourse and finds gaps in its interpretation was called “syndesmos” (see Robins, 1968).
