Kaka snubs Mourinho, reveals best manager he worked with

Image
Brazilian legend, Kaka, has said he learned more playing for Carlo Ancelotti than he did working with Jose Mourinho. Kaka, who won the Ballon d’Or award in 2007, spent six years with Ancelotti at AC Milan, before moving to Madrid in 2009. After his first boss Manuel Pellegrini left one year later at the Santiago Bernabeu, Manuel Pellegrini, he was replaced by Mourinho, who Kaka played under for three years. But speaking in an interview with Sky Sports, Kaka says he was more impressed with Ancelotti’s methods. “Every coach that I had in my career, I learned something from them,” Kaka said. “Everyone you work with can teach you something, whether it is tactically, technically or just something personal. But Carlo was the best one for me because he brought the very best out of me.” Follow us on twitter (ajuede.com) or on Instagram (ajuedeman) for details of the global situation presently.

Tokyo Olympics Could Take Place Without Vaccine-IOC chief

Image
Olympic boss  said Thursday that the Tokyo Games could take place next year even without a coronavirus vaccine, pointing to the success of the Tour de France. Striking an optimistic note at a meeting with Tokyo 2020 organisers, he vowed to make the postponed event a triumph despite the uncertainties of the pandemic. “We can see that sport is coming back slowly but surely, and that a number of big sport events have been successfully organised recently, including matches in different Japanese leagues,” he said via videolink. “Also very complex events like the Tour de France and others, which showed to us and showed to the world that we can organise safe sport events even without a vaccine.” But a vaccine and progress in rapid testing “would of course greatly facilitate” holding the event, said Bach, head of the International Olympic Committee (IOC). The 2020 Games were postponed earlier this year as the deadly new illness spread around the globe. They are now set to open on July 23, 2021

EPL: Lampard reacts to Chelsea’s 2-0 defeat to Liverpool, speaks on Kepa’s performance

Image
Chelsea boss, Frank Lampard, has reacted to his side’s Premier League 2-0 defeat to Liverpool on Sunday. Lampard also commented on goalkeeper, Kepa’s performances against Jurgen Klopp’s side. Sadio Mane scored twice in the second half against the 10 men, to hand the Reds all three points against the Blues. Chelsea had a chance to pull one back late in the game, but Jorginho saw his penalty saved by Alisson Becker. “I am disappointed losing 2-0, but I am happier today than many times at Brighton,” Lampard told Sky Sports. “We are still in the pre-season. I saw spirit, desire to defend by many of our players. The players have to take heart. “We have to have time, every team who has done well in the modern game has that. Now is a new start. It will take time. “We have to try to give Kepa confidence, goalkeepers rely on that. It’s a clear mistake, he has admitted that.” Follow us on twitter (ajuede.com) or on Instagram (ajuedeman) for details of the global situation presently.

Brighton vs Chelsea: Lampard reacts to Loftus-Cheek’s performance

Image
Chelsea manager, Frank Lampard, has defended Ruben Loftus-Cheek following his poor display against Brighton on Monday night. The 24-year-old made only his third start in 2020 and played in a more advanced role ahead of Jorginho and N’Golo Kante in midfield. However, Loftus-Cheek was taken off and replaced by Ross Barkley in the 61st minute, having failed to make an impact. The England midfielder has been out of actions for 13 months after suffering an Achilles injury in May 2019. He was criticized by Sky Sports pundits, Gary Neville and Jamie Carragher after the match, with Neville describing his performance as ‘really disappointing’. But Lampard insists Loftus-Cheek needs to be given more playing time following his return from injury. “With Ruben obviously he’s been out for a long time, even his return to play was pretty broken by lockdown and the restart when he was just about to play some games,” Lampard said after the game. “We certainly have to give Ruben a
