DeSantis signed a New Law to End squatters rights in Florida

Video What is it: Squatting, a national phenomenon Daniel Phillips, who specializes in landlord and tenant disputes, said squatting legal battles are prompting long and costly legal battles for tenants. Republican Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis  on Wednesday signed legislation into law that eliminates squatters’ rights in the Sunshine State and increases penalties against offenders.  "You are not going to be able to commandeer somebody's private property and expect to get away with it. We are in the state of Florida ending the squatter scam once and for all," DeSantis said during a press conference on the signing in Orlando.  The law will take effect July 1. Mega Millions Finally Announces Winner Of $1.13B Jackpot — Fifth-Highest In Lottery’s History

One of the largest Mega Millions jackpots in history finally has a winner! A Mega Millions player in New Jersey won the jackpot worth $1.13 billion, on Tuesday night, ending the 31-drawing drought.  The winning numbers were 7, 11, 22, 29, 38, and the gold Mega ball 4. With a winning ticket finally being announced the $1.13 billion jackpot is the fifth-largest prize in the lottery’s history.  Additionally, the winner from The Garden State can receive the massive prize in annual payments or a one-time lump sum estimated at $537.5 million.  Meanwhile, thirteen players in California, Colorado, Florida (2), Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, New York (2) and Ohio were able to match all five white balls for the $1 million prize. Nigerian Army Set To Release 200 Boko Haram Detainees In Borno 'After Clearing Them Of Wrongdoing' During the court sitting over the illegal abduction of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, Justice Nyaku rejected the bail application filed for the release of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu. Today the FG is set to release  deadly Boko Haram killers back to the society. The detainees were arrested by the military in the heat of insurgency. She is the first released hostage to give direct testimony of sexual atrocities committed by Hamas. Soussana previously made headlines when a video surfaced of the moment of her capture, when she fought off seven  Hamas terrorists  before being brought to Gaza.
