Joe Biden is reportedly working with companies to create an app showing proof of vaccination. If the passes were used on a national scale, businesses would require Americans to show their passports to be able to use their services. New York became the first state to enforce such a rule using IBM’s Excelsior Pass app, which shows businesses a user’s personalized QR  code . In an  interview Sunday, Press Secretary Jen Psaki explained the first bill would likely address roads, bridges and rural  broadband  access while the second would  cover  health and  childcare .
