Biden cited, to assure them, a check-up he had after the debate the previous week. However, according to a White House aide, the brief medical visit was “not physical” and was solely intended to evaluate what appeared to be a persistent cold. He said that there was “not a range of tests” performed to evaluate the president’s general health. “Several days [after the debate], the President was seen to check on his cold and was recovering well,” White House deputy press secretary Andrew Bates said in a statement. The Daily Beast  was able to obtain a video clip of Trump criticizing the 81-year-old president and offering his analysis on the state of the race while sitting in a golf cart with his son Barron Trump. The family was traveling to Charleston, West Virginia, when the single-engine Piper Malibu Mirage crashed in Masonville, New York, a wooded area approximately 100 miles southwest of Albany, under “unknown circumstances,” according to reports. The group was scheduled to land in Atlanta, their final destination, after the small plane made a brief stop in Charleston to refuel. According to a news release, New York State Police located the “downed aircraft” amidst debris a little after 2 p.m. on Sunday, but they were unable to locate any survivors. According to eye witnesses, two women have died and three children have been injured following a shooting in Chicago yesterday. Deputy Chief Don Jerome reported that a 42-year-old and a 22-year-old woman had passed away following reports of gunfire in the Greater Grand Crossing area at around 6:15 a.m.  At Comer Children’s Hospital, the conditions of three boys, ages eight, seven, and five, are all critical. “The investigation reveals that two vehicles pulled up into the area. Multiple subjects exited those vehicles and fired at this residence,” Jerome told reporters at the scene. “Multiple shell casings were recovered from both a rifle and a handgun at the scene.” According to Jerome, the victims were all inside the house during the attack. He stated that police were unsure of the victims’ relationships at this time and declined to identify them. In one of the most intense attacks by the Lebanese terror group of the war, it also fired on cities like Acre and Nahariya, which have generally been left off of its target list, beyond cities like Kiryat Shmona, which have been attacked almost non-stop.
