Putin Ready to Send Delegation to Minsk, Belarus to Negotiate If Ukraine Surrenders

Russian President Vladimir Putin announced on Friday that he is open to sending a delegation to Minsk, Belarus to negotiate with Ukraine if they surrender.

Putin used Belarus as a base to stage soldiers and then enter Ukraine from the north.

Putin launched a full-scale invasion of Ukraine on Thursday morning.
