President Donald Trump endorses Cindy Byrd for state treasurer during Durant speech
On Thursday, President Donald Trump visited Durant for a rally ahead of midterm elections in November and spoke highly of several Oklahoma Republican candidates, including current Oklahoma State Auditor Cindy Byrd.
On Thursday, President Donald Trump visited Durant for a rally ahead of midterm elections in November and spoke highly of several Oklahoma Republican candidates, including current Oklahoma State Auditor Cindy Byrd.
Byrd is running for Oklahoma treasurer and will face Libertarian Kiefer Perry in the Nov. 3 election.
“I’m endorsing, I’m endorsing right now, Byrd. You have my complete and total endorsement,” Trump said. "She's fantastic!"
