As a child growing up in the east, Igbo land, in the late 190s; the gospel atmosphere was dominated by a single voice which analyzed the scripture like a piece of cake and rained songs in the air like roaring thunder. The voice was so captivating that even the songs we used to sing turned everywhere different when it came out of this man. I listened to various of his tape and I found one thing very special. Uma sang songs more than he could preach or pray. This was unique among the ministers I had known about that time. So, I desired more to see him than listening to tapes. In my SS2 in the prestigious Union Secondary School, Eha-Amufu, I was fortunate to work under the anointed minister I have craved to, at least, see. He was conducting his usual city-wide crusade.
