However, a further tweet shared on Sunday by Leah indicates a seemingly supportive campaign for the release of Mr. Kanu from detention.

Leah had rephrased that Nigeria brought more charges against Kanu who is fighting to break away for Biafra. She topped the tweet with a campaign hashtag calling for Biafra freedom via a referendum.

Kanu had secured a Victory at court seating in Umuahia, Abia State, said his rearrest was illegal and a violation of rights.

Kanu has been detained for seven months under detention facility of the DSS, flattering legal process and orders by the presiding judge, Nyaku.

Her post read: “Nigeria thinks he’s a terrorist. More charges were brought against the man fighting for a break-off state called Biafra.

“Nnamdi Kanu’s trial is adjourned until Feb 16, but his supporters want him freed now.
