Khamenei's message, issued in commemoration of the birth anniversary of Prophet Muhammad, also called for "unity among Muslims" and mutual defense against their enemies. The two minors, 14 and 16 years old, had been recruited through Telegram in June, the police stated. Among the actions they undertook for Iran were painting graffiti, impersonating a soldier, and attempting to recruit additional Israelis.
