Akwa Ibom Ends Lockdown


The Executive Governor of Akwa Ibom State, Deacon Udom Emmanuel, has just announced the end of Covid-19 lockdown in Akwa Ibom State.

In a twit, the governor officially announced the end of the Covid-19 lockdown in Akwa Ibom State with the strict condition of a compulsory face mask for everyone in the public setting.

According to the governor,

"The use of face mask by all persons is now compulsory in public places in Akwa Ibom State effective, Monday, May 4, 2020."
