PM Ekpa Finally Accepted the Finish Bail Conditions

PM Ekpa appeared in the Finish court yesterday to present his response to the five conditions attached to his bail from the Finish correctional centre where he has been incarcerated since November, 2024.

His attorney in the person of Kaarle Gummerus represented the PM to respond to the bail conditions and announce the view of his client over the bail conditions.

Gummerus said that, out of the five conditions, which are that PM Simon should:

* end the sit-at-home observed in Igbo land.

* Preach one Nigeria on a live coverage of Finish tv.
* Sign every necessary documents.

* Visit the nearest police station to his residence on a daily basis, and

* Be held from every traveling outside Finland,
Simon has agreed to three conditions.

According to Kaarle Gummerus, the PM has agreed to submit all the traveling documents in his possession and sign every documents necessary for his bail, also to report to the nearest police station to his residence on dailies.

The two conditions left, Kaarle Gummerus defended that Simon revealed that they were not within his jurisdiction to do. Concerning sit-at-home, the PM revealed that the act is generally voluntary. Again, that it was a civil disobedience observed by the Igbo against the Nigeria state for the illegal incarceration of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu who had been kidnapped by the terrorist Nigerian states and unlawful detained after his extraordinarily rendition.

He holds to the view that he cannot stop what the people instituted and have chosen to observe, the deep cut this practice gives to the Nigerian economy notwithstanding. The people's views must be respected. Gummerus also quoted the DPM. Ngozi Orabueze saying that Sit-at-home is voluntary

On the second condition, Gummerus said that the PM has nothing against one Nigeria as a nation. Instead, he has everything against the one Nigeria that includes the Igbo race. He quoted the PM directly saying, "They have been killing us and we wouldn't want this killing to continue". Therefore, his client cannot appear live on any tv. station to preach what is against his belief.

The finish court shall sit again on Monday to review the responses and give their own view. Till then, AjuedeNews shall report the outcome of the court sitting here.
