"Kanu was Kidnapped from Kenya, He Must not Stand Trial," Justice Mwita

Justice Enock Chacha Mwita, of the High Court of Kenya, has sent a formal letter to Justice James Omotosho of the Federal High Court, Abuja, declaring:

Nnamdi Kanu was not arrested in my country Kenya— he was kidnapped in Kenya Therefore, no court has the moral or legal right to try him. Any attempt to do so amounts to judicial terrorism.

“Until Nigeria returns Nnamdi Kanu to Kenya, the Nigerian judiciary is making a mockery of justice before the world. His abduction remains an international violation, and any proceedings against him are unlawful.”
