Spurs ready to complete two more signings
According to the Mirror, Tottenham are set to spend big again this week to complete the signings of Giovani Lo Celso and Ryan Sessegnon.
Mauricio Pochettino has forked out £73m on Tanguy Ndombele and Jack Clarke already this summer but Spurs are now close to bringing in two more big transfers.
Tottenham are set to fork out between £54m and £60m for Lo Celso and a further £20m on Fulham teenager Sessegnon.
Spurs have been chasing Real Betis midfielder Lo Celso all summer and a move is now believed to be imminent. The Argentine is pushing hard to join Spurs and it is understood Betis have finally signalled a willingness to lower their asking price.
Inter Milan eye Bale as Lukaku alternative
Manchester United forward Romelu Lukaku is Inter Milan boss Antonio Conte’s prime target this summer but he may look elsewhere.
Gazzetta dello Sport journalist Nicolo Schira states Inter have been alerted to Gareth Bale’s availability and have made contact with Real Madrid.
The 30-year-old famously put Inter to the sword during his days with Tottenham.
Spurs offer Eriksen to Atletico Madrid
Tottenham Hotspur have offered Christian Eriksen’s services to Atletico Madrid, Spanish outlet AS reports.
It is claimed that Spurs handed an opportunity to Diego Simeone’s side to sign the Denmark international for a fee of £60m.
However, he is reportedly holding out for a move to join Manchester United, Real Madrid or Juventus.
