Transfer news live: Spurs' £60m offer, Giovani Lo Celso move edges closer after Fekir deal

The window is beginning to get busy as teams all around Europe make their moves ahead of the start of the season.
Arsenal made their first signing of the summer in teenage forward Gabriel Martinelli, but are reportedly close to several other transfers, with a centre-back and a winger on the agenda.
Neighbours Spurs have brought in midfielder Tanguy Ndombele for a club record fee, while teenage winger Jack Clarke also signed before re-joining Leeds United on loan for the season.
Tottenham are also reportedly eyeing a deal for Real Betis' Giovani Lo Celso.
Chelsea can't register any new players until next summer and have already lost Hazard but they have made Mateo Kovacic's loan move from Real Madrid permanent and welcomed Christian Pulisic to their squad this summer after signing him in January.
The USA international came off the bench to make his first appearance in the Blues' 1-0 friendly defeat to Kawasaki Frontale.
Meanwhile, West Ham have signed Pablo Fornals from Villarreal and Eintracht Frankfurt striker Sebastien Haller.
