Egyptian President Abdel Fattah al-Sisi will travel to Washington, DC, sometime this month to meet with his US counterpart, President Donald Trump, The National, a UAE state-owned daily newspaper, reported on Friday.

Sisi may also meet with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, which will reportedly be hosted by Trump.

No official date for the visit has been announced yet, but it may fall within the same timeframe as Netanyahu's scheduled trip to meet with Trump at the end of the month
