CENTCOM says US has helped hundreds of vessels, oil barrels through Hormuz since May
US forces have helped facilitate the transit of more than 800 commercial vessels and 380 million barrels of crude oil through the Strait of Hormuz since early May, US Central Command (CENTCOM) said in a post on X/Twitter on Thursday.
The post refuted claims made by Iranian state media that transit through the waterway is permitted only via routes designated by Iran.
