Iran said she will not back down from red lines in negotiations

Iran will not back down from its red lines in negotiations with the US, the head of the Iranian parliament's national security committee, Ebrahim Azizi, asserted in a post on X/Twitter on Wednesday.

Azizi asserted that the red lines include Iran’s right to enrich uranium, possess enriched uranium, and manage the Strait of Hormuz, in addition to the lifting of all sanctions.

He also lashed out at US President Donald Trump, claiming that Trump is oscillating between issuing threats and begging for a deal “in order to save himself” from the “strategic deadlock” created by US-Iran talks.
