IDF troops uncover anti-tank launcher in southern Lebanon, strike Hezbollah targets
IDF troops operating in southern Lebanon located an anti-tank missile launcher aimed at northern Israel and carried out a series of strikes on Hezbollah operatives and infrastructure, the military said Tuesday.
Forces from the 8th Brigade, operating under the 91st Division, have continued targeted ground activity in the area in an effort to reinforce Israel’s forward defenses and safeguard communities along the northern border. During the operations, soldiers uncovered a weapons cache that included anti-tank missiles, explosive devices, grenades, ammunition, and other military equipment believed to have been used by Hezbollah to plan attacks against both Israeli civilians and IDF troops.
